Tour Plan

Day 01 Colombo

Colombo, the metropolitan and commercial hub of Sri Lanka, is a city that constantly shifts with time. Embark on a city tour to explore the multifaceted city, its evolving skyline, its growing gastronomy scene and the fantastic shopping opportunities present within its many glittering malls and boutique shops.

Day 02 Pinnawala and Kandy

Stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage on the way to historical Kandy. In addition to its primary residents, the elephants, Pinnawala is now also home to several other animal species.

In Peradeniya, you can brush off the dust from the road at the Royal Botanical Garden. Bordered on one side by the Mahaweli River, the garden is a well-landscaped wonderland of tree-lined avenues, sprawling lawns and beautiful flower beds.

Afterwards, take a city tour of Kandy and discover how seamlessly this historical city has adapted to the modern world.

Day 03 Kandy

Begin your morning at the Temple of the Tooth Relic. This iconic building at the edge of Kandy Lake is one of the most recognisable sites in the city and a must-visit destination.

Once you have explored the temple and its premises, visit a cultural centre to enjoy a cultural performance.

Day 04 Nuwara Eliya

Nuwara Eliya was once a favourite resort of the British colonials. Even today, you can see many bungalows and villas that date back to this era. Together with the cool clime, it reminds visitors of a sleepy English hamlet. Thus, it is affectionately called the Little England of Sri Lanka.

The climate and the high altitude make this area a perfect place to grow tea - one of Sri Lanka’s biggest commercial crops. Stop at a tea estate on your way to the town. You can tour the estate and visit its factory to learn more about the production process of Ceylon Tea.

Once you reach the charming Nuwara Eliya town, take a city tour before heading to the New Zealand Farm. The setting and the spotted white and black cows grazing amongst the greenery truly do make it feel as though you may have briefly been transported to New Zealand.

Day 05 Kitulgala and Negombo

From the hills, you depart for the southern coastal belt. Along the way, you travel through Kitulgala. The area is well-known for its adventure sports, especially white water rafting in the Kitulgala River. This is an optional activity that you can participate in if you are interested in water sports.

Once you reach the coast, lounge on the beach or take a dip in the Indian Ocean. You can catch magnificent sunsets from the beach in the evening.

Day 06 Negombo
Before you have to catch your flight, you have one last stop to make. Head to Negombo to enjoy a city tour and grab your last chance to shop.

    Amazing Tour !!!

The trip was a bit rushed, some days we spent time on eating and shopping center instead of the sights. however the overall experience was great and we loved it
